I made up a small set of booster cables with alligator clips...Used them 2X this year. My 800 Outty does not have a pull cord. Fuggin battery gets low when I winch a lot...anyone else run into this?

Yep, Magneto has been upgraded in the 2010 models to address this. I have a small set I carry as well. Carry alot of that stuff, I also carry a 12V homemade rad cleaner, made with a marine pump and some hose.

Had the same problem. Changed out my Battery and haven't had trouble since. I find that if I let it go completely dead a couple of times its pooched.

Short clips of Survivor man on my cell phone:p

:d hahaha. sad to say but peope might need that :d

seen some one with a 12volt impact, but that might be extream.
a person should have a couple of sockets that are not in most small tool kits. like something to fit lug nuts, spark plug, and everything you need to replace a belt . maybe allen wrench

EXTRA OIL! it kind of stupid such a important part of your quad and 90% of stk quads cant carry one extra leter (without straping it to the rack) i think polaris is one of the only quads that can (maybe yamaha)

You know, I've been thinking about our master list of suppies we've put togeter here and it makes me wonder why we don't just take our 4x4 trucks? I'm not sure how we all get ALL of this stuff into our quads but... we seem to manage!:d:d:d:d:d

Yep, If you ride Polaris like we do the winch and the hook are too high and can make pull a quad that's ended up nose first in the mud VERY difficult if you can't get 2 winches on it! Been there, done that! Nordegg!:d:d:d:d

all good list people i aslo carry a can of either and a lighter gets tires back on bead FAST and a roll of sh!! tickets (for the people watching they need to clean their pants) but the either works great back on the trail in seconds . electrical tape for what ever even as a bandaid if needed also die electric grease seals air boxes , spark plugs and connectors from water too ( been there too much LOL )

I think thats it, most of the stuff fits in a 1500 or so Pelican case so i can easily switch between the Rhino and the Grizz, the saw stays in the rhino.

Dont forget a couple of bars of some sort and a bottle of water. It good to pack stuff to get ya home but sometimes you just can't get back so you have to stay where you are thats where a little food and water will come in.
