Got rear elkas stage 5 to install and set height. Go for ride out back and try to get base settings done. Maybe so other work too.....

Ace is finally ready to go. Tire plugged. Rock sliders installed. Light up winch switch installed. LED lights installed and wired (switch needs tweaking but that's ok). Has 4 center caps on the wheels again (glued in this time) and last but not least the lock and ride ogio storage bag is installed

Looks good. I gave up on my centre caps!

Yup,way better to work on quad without centre caps,instant axle nut access

Clear silicone helps a bunch ...

I used seal-all..... it's almost as good as duct tape for the variety of uses it has!

Also there is a 1" version as apposed to the stock 2"....
In a lot of wheel manufacturers options .
The 1 inch works way better....
For the stock wildcat rims a 1 1/2 ID and end cap works great in there ....touch of silicone and press in and looks factory .....

Loaded up ace. Think voltage regulator has packed it in. Battery not charging and pulling huge amperage when connected to charger while in machine. But pulling normal amperage out of machine..... Off to doctor with it tomorrow
