this is what i did to my 2009 RZR today brand new yellow top optima .Interstate sells them for 375$ but i found a place who sells them for 304$ so screw you interstate lol

Pulled the starter out of the 850 found the brushes falling apart. I sent the brush plate in to the carbon brush supply shop in edm should be ready friday. gonna cost $60 insted of $300 for a starter.

That should make the winch tug pretty good. Just replaced my quad battery with a regular one and was winching the other day and ran out of juice. Might have to charge it more since I just picked it up and put it in.

thats the reason wy i put a yellow top in , i have a yellow top in my 2001 toyota 4runner with snorkel,ARB bumper and warn m8000 winch ,ran the winch for a long period of time the one day never did i run out of juice and that is an 8000lbs winch .i also left the truck lights on one time overnight ,it started with no hesitation the next morning .it will work just awsome on the RZR

New crank,connecting rods, pistons,main bearings,water pump,2" lift and Rhino axles.repositioned the rad and moved the winch down,been a long winter should be ready for may though.
