i added a couple cement sidewalk blocks to the front and rear racks so neville could keep up with the king. shheeet he gets torqued when the king just wheels on by. may have to cut a few lugs off the tires just to make him happy

Replacing the rear foot peg supports and the old ones are bent and putting a groove in my tires. Might as well change the oil while I am at it.

Well in prep for the impending maintenance. Removed rear rack, both foot wells, and the entire front suspension including diff and fr driveshaft. Have the new fr. driveshaft, and custom coupler ready and waiting. Front diff is being rebuilt, clutch kit, HD belt, and 27" backs with ITP rims on way. Waiting for Haynes manual so I can do valves. Got together parts list for snorkels. And now I have to go spend time with wife.

when ya ride a king quad, ya don't seem to have to do anything, other than check oil and add a litre or so of gas. mostly just pack extra parts for a few guys polaris. man may as well get a trailer, for new parts and for picking up those that fall off.






friggin polaris. i'd ride a chinese quad before a polaris.

put new headlights in, helped a buddy fix his canam 1000, then later that night mine spit out a belt(3200kms on that one). so today it also got a new belt

Quad Shop Customs (QSC) for a clutch setup. Im putting one on mine when I get my 28" Zillas. I forgot the guy's name I talked to but he knows his Polaris clutching inside and out.

Rigid 6" SR LED on the Renny. Had a 10" on the Outlander, but it just didn't look right anywhere on the Renny....the wife now has an awesome LED light that she will never use. Hahaha.

Nope she has an 08 400 HO, soon to be Haydens quad once he gains a bit of weight still have to take it in to get the valve lash adjusted on it yet, dealer told me last year that it didnt need ro be done so soon, but has 1400 km on it now, so better get it in.

Ahhh...I see. My wifey runs a 08 400 EFI.

Loris is an 08 too, but must be an early release, its carbed, and noticed yesterday that the air filter from an 08 dont fit it, had to get one for an 07, yet all the other parts are for an 08. Next stop heading to Grubbys on saturday to get this clutch sorted out on the xmr, read an article by dale over on the can am forums today that was posted regarding this kit, said to run the heavy weights in it on the xmr.
