Replacing the first ball joint on my wife's TRV. All original, using OEM for the replacement. Bought 2 just in case
Going to replace all the tie rod ends while its apart. Its been acting a bit squirrely when it gets up to speed. Hoping the ball joint and tie rod ends will solve it.

Wheel bearings.

New tie rod end, new bushings all the way around. I took all the a-arms off, suspended the wheels with bungees. While pulling out a stubborn lower one, i bumped the loose wheel, knocking the axel out of the cup inside the boot:mad:. Funny how simple jobs turn into something way more complex in a second.

Been a maintenance kinda thing the last few days. Chains n sprockets, valve lash adjustments, carb cleaning and air filter cleaning oiling, brakes and so on. Big annual Trikefest ride coming up, gotta make sure the toys survive! They’re all of vintage age! Well some are.

Bought a $500 1998 Yamaha 400 Kodak quad for lake. Its from a person I know so I’m hoping it all works out. Has leaking near shifter so have ordered seal.
Today was the Degreasing before the work starts.
When purchased all plastics, carbs and a few other things were stripped off.
Any other stuff I should be looking at other than the shifter seal?

Built a gun rack for the Wolverine X2. Will load pics when I get the mounts in.

Also, washed it for the upcoming trip to Tumbler.
