Cleaned and rebuilt the carb, slung some new rubber on, gave it a bath and took it for a first ride around the yard. 1985 Yamaha YTM 225 DX

I grew up on that same machine! Awesome to see that! I had so many near death experiences on that think. Could catwalk for miles!

I could go 2 miles cat walking ours when I was about 12 years old. I could stop and take off and even turn while on the back wheels. We had a set of dual tires for it and would float it in the dough outs and Lac la none lake.

I don't doubt that. Just caught me by surprise is all. Not like I don't know my way around trikes.

Might have been Micheal Whyte. He had a real clean minty one for $3500. It sold and was shipped to Newfieland I believe. There's another one up for grabs right now. 86 model. Bit of a fixxer upper. Not sure what he wants. That's on the Canada Alberta Trike page. Greg Musson is the guys name.

I learned how to adjust the "brake shoe lining to drum clearance" on my Honda quad, took less than a half hour and WOW what a difference, anyone who complains about Honda front drum brakes not working too well should try this, front brakes are just awesome now.
