I went from a 154 to a 163 and I miss my 154 everytime I ride! Not sure what sled you are coming off of but that 154 3" will rock! The 163 plus tracks work to good (if that makes any since). They build to much speed to fast for my liking. With the 154 I could move it better through the tight stuff and have more fun then just point and go. My next sled 154 all the way!
