Friday we took our young lady to space science center and galaxy land, picked up a quad runner 50 and JR 50 for her.
Saturday took the boat on the river to a beach and built sand castles and threw sticks for the shepherd.
Sunday went out riding with about 10 of us along the athabasca, unloaded 11am, loaded back up at 11:05pm, good day!
Yesterday put in the garden.
Had some drinks with family at the campground in between all of the above.

Wendy and me, Tyler and Sara scouted out the Snow and Mud summer campout trail this weekend. Trail looking good. A few new trees down and all looked good. It is very dry down there. Wet spots are now dry. Couldn`t believe how dry it is. Couple of couples working to make your summer campout better.

Good to hear the trails are lookin' good Glen! Hopefully we get some rain down there! Dry trails are no fun! Thanks for all the hard work you, Wendy, Tyler & Sara are puttin' in to make the camp out a success!!

Dry trails may not be fun, however you will find that there will be very very very little mud holes on the trail this year. Very dusty right now for sure, and if they don't get rain soon I would expect full firebans, and I would even go as far as them trying to implement OHV bans.

Mud holes are fun though!!
So far it's kind of surprising that Rocky isn't under a fire ban yet... Considering Alberta is covered in fire bans. I wouldn't doubt that if this kinda weather continues, come Jamboree time, there will be one. Crossing my fingers for rain!!

Went out riding Saturday. Went through a mud hole that was catching everyone else 3 times and plugged the radiator causing some nice over heating. Gonna pick up a rad relocate this week.

Sunday I woke up at 5 am in my passenger seat, so I drive to an Inn, had breakfast, then drove down by the Athabasca River and slept for another 3 hours. Got 9 holes of golf in, then went to the cabin and drank some more while unplugging the radiator. All in all it was a good weekend.

Anything y'all did was better than what I did on the weekend.
Stuck on a rig on the North Slope Alaska doing SFA!!!
24hr daylight and nothing but white as far as the eye can see is getting a little old now. Along with sub-zero temps.
Been here 2 weeks and probably 2 more before I get home.
Attached pics of 2AM today!

Spent money in Alberta. Stayed at the Sidetrax Inn in Beaverlodge, (never do that) Bought a new CanAm in Grande Prairie and a pile of electronics at Visions. Oop's, almost forgot the cheap gasoline, diesel and alcohol.

re finishing our condo for new renters.

We kind of half assed it the first time we renovated it, this time used good paint, painted the ceiling, walls baseboards and doors. Floor was replaced 6 years ago, replacing cabinets in kitchen and bath and tiling back splash and re tiling tub surround.

Took the boat out to Wab on Saturday for a test run with the family, planted the garden on Sunday and picked about a 5 gallon pail of morals on Monday with my daughter at the farm. Found lots but season's late and had to leave lots of the dried ones, could have filled three pails easily about four days earlier. Welded up a new set of steps for my dad on his favorite tractor to make easier access. Bit of dirt bikin and antler shed scouting on Monday - Monday was busy.
Great weekend!
