yea I am not sure... I asked how it would compare to my big bore with jaws twins. They said the can was quiter than that, I have no idea.

How loud do you want your sled to be wide open? If you want loud, go MBRP or GGB Mountain Can.
If you want a little quieter sound (louder than stock) then go HPS or GGB Trail Can.

had a thing cooker can .. loved the meals .. but hated the bleeding ears and crappy running sled .. just because it doesn't throw a code doesn't mean your sled is running like it should ... the difference between that and stock can was very noticable ..

No,Take it easy.... I ran those cans. It was just an inside joke.. A few of my friends werent too fond of me running the extra loud one.

I talked to a Doo dealer he said that can made heavy for a reason, its counter-balancing clutch located on another side. By changing CAN to a ligher one you make your sled out of balance.
Not 100 percent sure, but would like to be wrong, any thoughts?

That's basically the same as every other can on earth? Clutch side will always be heavier since there's more there. Some cans remove double digit weight numbers but I've never found a noticeable difference in the balance of the sled. Even if it does throw off the balance a bit it's not enough to make it unrideable or anything like that. But for the record I agree with you, there's enough super loud sleds out there I wish more would keep stock. Either that or an aftermarket can that's actually quiet.

Ran the SLP last year, nice and quiet, great fit and finish with ceramic coating, baffled so no packing to blow out and nice weight reduction. Also fits a muffpot no problem for those hot meals.

I ran the HPS last year. No codes. Nice sound when on it. Going to try a specialty can this year.
