Looks like one of the o-rings that goes on the driveshaft. One on either side. Behind brake rotor and one behind the gear.

brake side drive shaft, there is one behind the caliber.

Doubt it would be a cylinder head as the motors are manufactured/assembled in Austria and shipped to Quebec. Could be completely wrong there.
