Well Water Treatment. Any good experiences?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck in finding a good water treatment company to work with?
I have 1.1% tannin's in my water, had a company sell me a tannin filter, but when the performance dropped off there was no support.

Wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

Where "In them hills" are you?

I've been with "Acres West" here in Calgree and they have been pretty good. I've dealt with Aarons Drilling here as well and nothing but good with them.

Don't know if it will help but we bleach our well when we leave for a week.

Is he a friend or are you running one of their systems?

Do they do water analysis and service calls?

Or are the simply a supplier?

I have wasted over $10k experimenting with different systems and it's getting old. Lol

Everyone wants to sell you something but few in that industry will back up their stuff.

Buddy I work with had terrible luck with his well until he went in with a sample and they figured out what to do. Not sure about service calls. My buddy just used them as a supplier and to figure out his set up. Real happy with his water now.

I'm in the water well drilling business and we use West Country pump and filtration out of Red Deer, Sonny & Rob Christenson at 403-348-3278. They do all our pump installs and water filtration. Great guys!!!

I have big irons system. When I first built this acreage a few years ago I had everything from extremely hard water to gas, tang ones and so on. Their system cleaned up my water immediately.

Only downfall is if the system fails, good luck trying to get them out to get them out to look at the system. Luckily I have some local plumbers that will take a look at it at a moments notice

Hmmm.... I wonder why that is, I've been told that well shocking is good for the long term health of the well. I do mine annually and it sure cleans chit up.
