but I think she got her point across in a manner that people can understand. As for the guy writing the note, I have not meet the perfect human being yet including myself so obviously he has some insecurities himself to take the time to write a letter about her weight. If we start putting labels on everyone for their shortcomings then our society will be in a whole lot of hurt going forward. 
he never once used the word "fat" and she admits that the doctor puts her physical condition as "obese" on her chart. so immediately he is a bully for stating the obvious? the guy tried to be politically correct in his email to her but immediately he is labelled a "bully". kids would probably much prefer to be addressed in the way he did in his email rather than the way they actually do by calling someone fat with a lot more malicious intent than the guy had. so the moral is be a fat fawk up but don't let anyone point it out? yeah, let's coddle them and tell them people are mean.

she should have just deleted the email like barleyfarmer stated. she has now made it into something that conveys the message "it's okay to be obese and unhealthy" and that it is only okay for your doctor to tell you that you're obese because anyone else that tries to do so is a bully.
