Been a while for me on the forum....... but yea i got a job ( late in summer... yes i know) at a metal shop working 8 hour shifts full time until school. Hopefully by next summer i will be able to have a cheaper bike... ( i only get to spend 1/3 of what i make D; parents rules..... the other 2/3 goes for savings..) .... I will look for bikes that need to be repaired and so forth... probably a 2 stroke haha ;DDD 125, or 250

When I was getting back into riding while going to uni I found an 01 rm125 that needed a motor. Got it for $600 and spent another $500 doing a full rebuild. Had a good running bike for under $1200 and then spent a bit more on a new pipe, silencer, and plastic. Learned a lot and sold it for a bit more than I was into it for after riding it for a summer. Thing was a ripper, fun bike.
