Well boys and girls im ready for season!!!

Finished puttin the 7 back together after some fresh heat paint under the hood....The green is good upto 500 degrees and the black is header paint good up to 2000 degrees.

Seats on to just got to clean up the tunnel a bit and im ready to rock and roll.
Thought under the hood could use a bit of detail work:d

1st pic is the sled when i 1st got it 2 years ago and all others are from today.

Looks Great.

What kind of paint? where did ya get it?

Dupli colour heat paint from canadian tire ....They have all kind of colours and for the actual pipe i used dupli colour VHT header paint also avaliable in different colours

I used that on my yfz 450R, it worked GREAT!

Nice, you re-greened it. I like the green.

Yea the hood was painted Mud Pro green ....Decent spray bomb job came out pretty good and afterwards i got it clear coated at a local autobody shop for the price of a case of beer.

Paint was right from cat ....Comes in a can as touch up paint. if i were to do it again i would of added more flake

The hood was spray bomb!!!! wtf!! MAD PROPS!

Thanks. did you paint right over the chrome exhaust shield?? any prep? i might have to have some fun with some piant lol

I used a wire brush on the actual pipe and as far as all the decrative tin i used a fine steel wool.

Thanks dude. is that just lime green? i want to do my grill pieces and my raiser. might even do pipe now...

Yes it is ...Dupli colour has lots of choices you may get a wider selection @ a auto zone compared to canadian tire
