Welding Exaust

Ok so i was sledding today and i broke my exaust how no idea. I live in the Rocky Mountain h=House area and was wondering if anyone close could weld it here are some pictures'

How? Because its an old rusty piece of tin. Also if it isn't secured well enough the banging around it does while riding will help it break too.
