This would have to be a recent change to the Samsung phones, I can check with the programmer to see if there has been changes. I want to see a few things as well. I can attached multiple files below they show up small and you need to click on them, above they show up big.

It is a recent (and annoying) change. You can change the settings back.

The issue is, most web browsers don't support the format yet, nor does most web based software. On the plus side, images can take to far less storage space.

Well that explains why some pics work and some don't

Just got this new samsung

I turned it off , but still won't post this one pic

I redid pic with editer and it will post that one , but not the original one

The setting just changes how new photos are stored. Existing photos need to be manually re-saved as a jpg.

The other issue is people don’t let it upload the pic. It’s not isnstant. I will check to see if there is recent updates to the new software.
