Got something to work on this Wednesday night, my POS Poo quad... Need to helicoil the exhaust, may need to borrow some tools from my neighbor... already helicoiled 2 holes, but now the other 2 have let loose... what a pain in the neck... Darn Poo quads, almost as bad as a Poo sled! Need to get this thing running right before we head out on a weekend adventure soon...

at the pipe or at the header? why not buy an aftermarket pipe and fix the problem once and for all?

Welded pipe back together... the problem is at the header... keeps pulling out the studs... perhaps a new pipe is inevitable... will try to patch one more time, before I dish out a wack of dough on the POS.

Hi Mr. Hardcore, please bring your equipment home, if you can this evening and I will try to work on it tonight... I have a torque wrench and will try to find the proper torque specs today... I think I am too strong for my own good when it comes to tightening things... as many are well aware already.

In my head
Smurffs got fast cars, fast women and is tossing high roller money around at the JPL. He's walking away from all of us, not just Poo.

Well it will require another evening of work to get it back in to one piece of junk.... You get what you pay for is a very good saying, including my ability to work on this crap! Should have it running tonight if we can get a couple of parts. Thanks to Hardcore for the use of some of his tools, Thanks to Smurff for showing me some patience, thanks to TKO for the use of his fogged garage and thanks to Pozzy for leaving early...lol

Hopefully it will be the last time I have to work on this part of the quad for at least a couple of weeks.
