Snowfall warning for
Crowsnest Pass - Pincher Creek - Waterton Lakes Nat. Park issued
A further 5 to 10 centimetres of snow by midday.
The band of snow that dumped up to 30 centimetres of snow over parts of the Nordegg and Kananaskis regions is slowly moving south. While the snow has tapered off in Nordegg, it continues to fall in Kananaskis and is beginning to accumulate across the Crowsnest Pass region.
The snow will end this afternoon in Kananaskis and this evening in the Crowsnest region. 10 cm of snow is expected across much of the Crowsnest region with closer to 20 cm expected over high elevations.
