Is it typical to snap off the tip of the right hand nun support? Anyone else done this?

YEP - Replace mine this year - and also the E/S module - one ski was about 1 1/2 inches farther forward than the other - replaced bought - all straight now - you must have given the chassis a good hit ! I hit a tree stump !

what kind of fasteners did you use to mount your S-module? Grade 8 bolts and Stovers all around?

Usedgrade 8 bolts and stover nut - I also went with 2012 brace that broke - they are thicker in the spot where you broke yours and can b purchased seperatly

if its just the tip its hardly worth it to change it. one of our 2008 sleds did this but everything still lines up perfectly, no sense in doing a 10 hour job for something thats not effecting anything.

That's really crappy. Can you remember hitting anything? I wonder if alot of the modules were a very poor cast? Maybe with Doo keeping the sled light they have too many bubbles in the cast..haha

Oh yeah I hit a log in a creek and buddy said he didn't think a guy my size could be so light on his feet ............. It broke the tip off the RH side of the E module. Non of the A arms look bent but the ski leg where the impact took place on the left hand side may be bent as thats where the impact was. The LH ski is back about a inch.
