I seen news reports on these guys and their families.This isn't his first barbeque!Their little 'drug war' has involved some innocent bystanders!So his rights are violated too bad!His drug money can afford the greasiest lawyer to get him off obviously!Hopefully no more innocent people get taken out when his time runs out!Just saying!

unfortunately losers like this should have no rights but we live in a country that has some basic rights for all. My concern would be that he gets off on a technicality like this and ALL fingers have to be pointed towards the jail authorities.
