water pump?

Where the heck is the water pump on a 98 summit 670? The coolant is not circulating and there does not appear to be a thermostat. Coolant goes in the the head then comes out the bottom of the block. in theory. On the return side there is a fitting in the middle of the line. I pulled it apart and when its running nothing comes out. as soon as i shut it off...it pours out. whats going on?

Water pumps under the exhaust manifold. As for your trouble-not really undrstanding what you mean..?..

i got it figured out. it was hard to explain cause i dont have the factory coolant resevoir. thanks though!
