I'm not sure why you think the motor should be covered by warranty after you modify how it breathes. Maybe SLP needs to step up with some sort of warranty if they want you to bolt their stuff onto new motors...Polaris is probably sick of fixing their 800 motors, they had enough fail that were stock.
