Gotta be honest I don't get the tow mirror hate. Maybe on a wifey grocery getter shortbox but on my dually I can see way better with them out, besides I usually have my sled deck on all year for quads.

well then you need em...having never driven a dually with a sled deck i don't know... but average guy would see ya and say ya i get it... empty pickup going down single lane hwy with loaded trucks coming other way... just makes me laugh... you expect to see wht sunglass, lifted, no mud flaps and straight brimmed cap turned sideways and jeans that dont stay up....

i wish my ram mirrors slid like the ford and gms. i like the tall mirror with convex on the bottom better than the convex beside the wide mirror when they are flipped down.

Don't have a problem with it was clarifying that he said a sled on deck no just the fact of having a sled deck on in July.... I understand that's the only way to get to snow was just clearing up the miss understanding in previous post

I actually will say the opposite... I have a gm and I prefer the dodge mirrors. My Nissan has the top and bottom as well and I'm not a big fan...

On my Ford, the mirrors are in as far as they will go (other than folded flat) and with that I have to fold them flat to get in the 9' wide doors (RO) on my garage. So with the garage door trim and weather stripping, I have to fold them flat. With them in this position they are 8'-9" wide. On the widest setting, they are 9"-2".

To the novice, they look like they are out and I am looking for the gay guy. To the guy that knows about mirrors, he doesn't give a chit what some clown thinks!

You just need to drive around like this to not put out the vibe.
