Klim will tell you that it is normal wear and not a manufacturers defect and offer you 30% off on a new pair.

take the anti slip tape back off the ski loops and rear bumper and you won't be so hard on gloves.

I was surprised to see the gloves yesterday, they looked like they had a few seasons on them.


I had a small wear through the leather on my last pair of Klim gloves that were similar. I went on there website and filed a claim with photos, 2 hours afterwards they replied and asked me to cut the fingers off and send photos. That was a bit messy and tough to type now with stumps, but I got new gloves in about a week in a half.
