keep your eye on kiji edmonton and calgary etc. seen a 98 on there last week but missed it had abunch of spare parts new top end 144 etc. wanted 1500 for it. only issue he said was engine would idle fine but would only rev to 3500 or so. easy fix for someone who knows these machines. and decent price.

I just bought this machine. The problem with the idling was the DESS key not being pushed on hard enough...This is gonna make a fun summer project!

yeh thats what i thought but i wasn't going to tell him that. offered him a grand and my old ford but he wouldn't take it.

Did you compression test the motor?? LOL I would venture a guess that's not the "only" issue with it, you'll probably find some others but hopefully its still a good sled.

There are definitely more issues with it. I plan on tearing it down and rebuilding whatever needs rebuilding. Not really worried about any issues with it at the price I paid for it.
