A draw to keep one?! Yet commercial guys and others can net them all day long.

Only the other guys left for netting for food. Likely far more caught and kept illegally by anglers than by nets. Anglers who go out in am and catch limit, eat them, then go back out at night, or worse those who don't follow the rules at all. Last edited: Jul 6, 2016
