Just got class c for Lac st Anne. And noticed I got drawn last year for smoke but never knew that I did. They still good this year?

A bit off topic but am I the only one who thinks the way our governmental agencies have handled the walleye fishery is a complete joke. A draw to keep one?! Yet commercial guys and others can net them all day long.

Commercial Fishing in Alberta closed since Aug 2014.
Only the other guys left for netting for food.
Likely far more caught and kept illegally by anglers than by nets.
Anglers who go out in am and catch limit, eat them, then go back out at night, or worse those who don't follow the rules at all.
