I've noticed immediately after returning to the parking lot, when the sled is idling, occasionally it will make a 'waah' sound 3 times in quick succession. The exact same noise you get when you squeeze the flipper with the wrong dess key or the throttle protection is active.
I've heard other sleds do the same, and there is no indication of a malfunction, so I believe it's intentional.
Just curious if anyone knows what it's doing.

Surprisingly I heard the same thing when warming mine up. I figure it cutting a cylinder, bad plug?

Mayby someone actually knows though

I heard it the other day riding in the trees after some heavy throttle use.

The only things with actuators are the waste gate and exhaust valves.
I wonder if it has to do with cycling the exhaust valves to clean/lube them or something along those lines. I haven't looked to closely at the little secondary oil tank and pump.

Ya that what I was thinking it is just cycling the valves to keep them from sticking or maybe calibrating

Almost sounds like it is related to being hot? Maybe there is some kind of cool-down mode happening?

It’s the rave vale solenoid cycling when it’s idling. All 850’s do it.
It’s normal
