Just for the heck of it, thought I'd see if anyone else out there has any fond memories of the old days...wanting to re-live the earlier days of sledding?I've got a couple newer sleds, but always keep getting bit by the old sled bug!For reasons unknown to me sometimes, I just really enjoy the classics...I love my Summit, as it's crazy fast, smooth riding, and fears no amount of snow, still, cruising through the trails and cutlines in some of the back country in the ol sleds just has a unique feeling!Maybe it's knowing that I can turn it around in a tight spot by hand, or being able to sled most all day on a 20 liter fuel tank, it possibly, and most likely, I think it's got to be the feeling of pure curiosity and uncertainty whether the ol unit your driving will get you back home from the middle of nowhere that you have just reached... Either way, I'm still addicted to the oldies, just for the fun of it. Some of my current ol relics I've been collecting and still have that are either being drove still or are being fixed up to drive again are;1973 SkiDoo Elite 4401970 SkiDoo TNT 300 Single1973 Yamaha 338D1973 SkiDoo Olympic 3991969 SkiDoo TNT 3991972 SkiDoo Nordic 4401969 Eskimo 300 single1975 SkiRoule RTX 4401977 SkiRoule Laser 4401976 SkiRoule Laser 440 Plus1973 SkiDoo SilverBullet 294196? Haha!!Anyone else have any unique old sleds?Maybe a memorable story of riding one of the oldies?Just thought it may make for an interesting topic!

I have a couple older sleds, a 1980 John Deere Trailfire 340 & an '81 Liquifire. I am in negotiations with a farmer on a 1980 Sportfire as well. But one I'm still looking to acquire is a 1979 Ski Doo Blizzard 7500+.......know of any out there?

If the price is right, and the old lady will let me, I could give it a good home!

Oldest unit I got is an '81 Yamaha Enticer 340. Needs a little engine work though, as I had to tow it home with the trusty Honda!
