Had the same issue with toyo mts. After balancing twice I still had a vibration. I was told that the heavier mud tires are sometimes hard to balance with conventional weights. I got the balancing beads inside the tire and vibration was gone. Good luck.

Any truth to the rumour that the balancing beads beat the snot out of the TPMS sensors?

Truck's booked in Friday morning for the road force balance. Keeping my fingers crossed, quoted me $28.00 a wheel.

That's cheap, can take 2 hours to do if you have to unmount and turn all 4 rims to tires

Also, do they keep muddy rims in balance?

i had a set of these on a 1997 dodge back in the day found they worked ok but in the mud it was difficult to wash out the rims and ended up collecting more mud.. throwing balance off even more. For a highway man or light mud duty they probably work fine.

Well, the road force balance didn't work. My son dropped off his original rims and tires from his 1500, going to put those on tomorrow to see if its tires or driveline. Starting to wonder if its a f****d bushing or something with the coil springs.

How far where they out??

How far did they bring them down too??

Unfortunately some tires are still 15 plus lbs out, and will never go away

They didn't say and it's not on the invoice. The manager brought me into the shop and showed me the difference between the two types of wheel balancers, answered all my questions , I don't get the feeling I got screwed. There are new weights on the wheels.
I put my son's wheels and tires on today, same issue, less intense though. I had a good look through some of the Ram websites, seems its a problem with other owners with the coil springs. Going to try new shocks next, I don't think its the driveshaft. I also pumped up the airbags to 30 pounds to see if that made a difference, couldn't really tell.

From what i have done ( tires, rims, shocks, all ujoints, driveshafts)and figured out there supposedly is no long term fix. Its not the springs as i have 3500 leafs and i have exact same vibration you have and same after adding air bags too. The one that keeps coming up is an inherent flaw in the rigid structure of the frame that cannot be fixed. Bad designed harmonics. There is countless forum's and info but no real fix. This is one of the many pages you will find.

I occasionally get one since about 90,000km. Got the whole "cannot replicate it" from the dealer. But I find most of the time it's little to nothing, if it is worse it's because I have mud on my tires/rims. Not bad enough to bother me personally, and it's not hurting anything or it would have tore stuff up with the km I have on now. Not all of them have it. Driven a few others and get absolutely nothing.
