VES Cylinders on NON VES bottem end?

I could be wrong but im pretty sure they wont work, it has some issues with different case porting and a few other little tricks. I do know forsure that my big bore kits WILL NOT work on the NON VES engines. But let me do a little home work for you and I'll find out forsure;) Dont want to put my feetsie's in ma mouth:D

ok thanks, i was looking at this polaris 440 engine with VES on it, what could you to that for engine boring?

I have a 2001 800 non ves bottom end with 03 ves cylinders on top works great but I also am running a ves pipe and cdi box. Any questions?

good to know thanks, cause i saw a good deal on a bottom end thats not VES and i was looking for jugs and all i coule find was VES

My brother has an '01 RMK 600 (non-ves) and he put a VES 700cc kit in it that Polaris once sold. It included pistons, cylinders, heads, etc and now his '01 RMk is a 700 ves. Works fine and can be done.
