Very disappointed with Park2go Edmonton

Very Disappointed! Vehicle was damaged in their possession and Park2go refuses to own up and rectify the damages.

Our vehicle was parked at Park2go and we purchased their silver detail package. When we returned after our trip we found our vehicle was cleaned very poorly.

But in addition to the poor cleaning, our vehicle was damaged by their services. We have a new 3 inch slice in the leather upholstery that was unquestionably done while our vehicle was in the possession of Park2go.

The unacceptable cleaning and damages were brought to the attention of the Park2go staff immediately upon them presenting the vehicle to us. Instead of Park2go admitting to the damages their attitude and response was the damage is our opinion and they are not willing to own up to their poor quality workmanship. The managers comments that no tools are used to clean a vehicle besides a soft rag and in no way would they have tried to vacuum out the handle is ignorant!

strongly Do not recommend as they will not accept responsibility for damages to your vehicle

Did you pay with credit card ? File a claim with them and get the "clean" taken off your card

They admitted the clean was shat. They said will send a cheque for the clean. Manager Said their tech was new but experienced. But no way they would own up to the cut. Their attitude was prove it wasn’t there already.

Just shows there business model is Fawk ya!

Not posting to bitch about it, more to let people know so they don’t get screwed. Take pictures of every inch of your vehicle if you do choose to go there.

Just be happy if they didnt use your vehicle for an uber for 2 weeks lol

I actually had 2 really good details there in the past.

This time it more the issue with the managers attitude than the shattyness.

I get it. Good help is hard to find. But your responsible for their actions so pay attention. Own it when you Fawk up and make it right!

I have never and will never use those services for that very reason, nobody cleans my vehicle but me, nobody will do as good of a job as I will and nobody drives my vehicle unless I’m in it or it’s at the dealership and they need to test drive to see if said problem was fixed. I keep my vehicles very clean, even my hunting truck I just sold was immaculate inside. I just use park and fly when we travel and I can handle getting into a cold vehicle upon return

Oh bud - I'm the same way nobody touches my truck - I just had the Ford dealer do the amsoil tranny fluid and diffs - I was under there checking to make sure - they were good tho - they put the leftover oil on the floor on passenger side - I would take the wife's ridgeline with 310,000 kms on er to the park and fly outfit definitely not the platinum f350 - I'm crazy about my truck - I think cuz I've had it from 12kms on the odometer- little ocd over it now

I guess a person has to take pictures of everything before it is left with someone else. I have an 07-dmax and so far only two other people have driven it. I do everything for my truck, I hate having someone else work on it.

I will never use them again. A friend that used them told me to check your mileage when you drop it off for your flight. When I used them I found they had put 91 kms on my superduty. I went all the way up the chain and the manager told me this is normal as your vehicle does not stay on site. They have parking lots throughout the city and your vehicle is staged 2-3 times while you are away then brought back to the airport site when you arrive home. I told him I would never use them again and I haven’t. For what it’s worth he didn’t care.

I got a call form the regional manager for Calgary today. He was complaining I posted a review on google before he had a chance to speak with me.

I told him he had my number. The Complaint was filed Monday at midnight, he only called today and I didn’t post my negative comments until after the Edmonton manager insulted me by saying my wife and I are both stupid for not noticing we already had a 3” slice in the driver door.

Regardless today their offer is they will only refund me the shitty cleaning fee, but I will need to sign documents that I’m happy with their services and Agree not to post negative comments. Haha. Keep the $180 I’ll post what I want because they defiantly didn’t rectify my issues.

They won’t touch the damages. Seems stupid as the regional manager says every minute my negative review is up there it cost them money.

So if you have a few extra minute snopro it would be sweet if you posted your experience on google reviews. …,

Shitty deal, i never use them or anyone like it for just this reason. 2 bit operations never stand behind their services, it too much of the roll the dice deal.

Ive been in that parking lot with a fresh tan in -40 trying to boost a diesel too... hard to win. I usually cab it to the airport and most of the time take a towncar home... after a looong vacation, that big black car just takes you home.

Their loss... I was going to use them in January while we're in Mexico.... Jet Set here we come :)
