My son in law had his stuff stolen and it turned out the low lives used his credit card to pay for their own cell phone bills. 3 years now and the police have done absolutely nothing to arrest these bastards. It is probably the same idiots who hit you, so if your credit cards are used don't expect any results. Of coarse there is the other alternative, catch the guys and beat the snot out of them, then waste 5000 dollars paying for a lawyer because you are arrested. Good luck taking a vacation after that.... something has to change. So next time they tell you they do not have enough man power.....lose it on them.

The cops need to give there heads a shake. If they used your son in laws card to pay there phone bill it should be an easy peasy collar. Cripes, Horatio Cane can catch a killer in less than an hour. Lol.

that sucks, it's the main reason why if I ride in the pine pass nowadays it's in hasler. too far for the scumbags to drive off the highway to rip your ch!t off. had my driver's window smashed at powder king for a spare SOS beacon laying on the seat.

I've got nothing against the RCMP members themselves, its the system that they work in that sucks.
Over the years most of the rc's that I have had conversations with have said that they too are
frustrated in how everything works.Even if they are caught and are repeat offenders, the court
system gives them a little slap and cut's them loose.Let's face it once in awhile we all like to bitch
and let off some steam over these topics. Our government has its fair share of troubles and alot of
things need a major overhaul. One thing that really boils by blood is the insurance companies make
the victem of a crime pay for his misfortunes again by raising your insurance for making a claim.

In a better world I think that the insurance company should go to court to get their money back
from the guy that was concicted of the crime. They(criminal) should do their time, get a job and
pay back everyone that they impacted.

RANT OVER.................lol

yeah further of the highway is a safer bet .any ideas why the owner of powder king has such a mean on for sledders ? i heard there was problems a few years ago, but it there would be some money to made catering to the sledding community. a paid safe place to park ,maybe a separate trail to access the powerlines ,i could see dropping a few bucks for a descent meal at the end of day . just can"t see myself going back and parking along the highway , to bad to, we found away to get into the mtns. between calazon and pk .

When travelling I leave everything I don't need at home, only carry one credit card and necessary ID. Limit the extent of what you are out if you loose your wallet( however that occurs ).
