So what did you do?
It wasn't the greatest weather, but it was still better than here...… We ended up walking about 15 kms a day.
We started at the Strat and walked to Belagio, checking out every hotel, drive-in, diner and dive along the way.
The next day took an Uber to where we left off and did that for 3 day's. Slept in and went to bed late, no shows, lots of booze and good food.
Partied like rock stars for one night on Fremont, check out the top of the strat morning and night. too windy for the Insanity ride :(
It was just a nice little getaway, for the 2 of us.

And not really a cheap quick vakay anymore

Have you bought tickets yet or going to purchase game-day?

I’m heading down to watch the Oil March 17th but tickets are waaaay expensive so was going to gamble and wait until game day to find cheaper.

We stayed at Main Street just off Freemont 2 weeks ago. Good hotel, cool artifacts inside, clean and cheap ($210 USD for 5 nights) Best buffet in Vegas, and also cheap($10USD for breakfast buffet).

We walked to Mob Museum(2 blocks), spent 3 hrs inside and still didn't see it all. Top 2 floors are the best.

Old horse race game upstairs at The D was a blast and a cheap way to get drunk. Spent $10 in quarters over 3 hours and served 3 to 5 drinks per hour!!
Uber to strip was $12 USD whenever we wanted different people watching.

Snowed twice while we were there, last one had the mountains covered in white right down to the valley. It was -4C walking back to hotel from Freemont one evening.

I will be heading down to Vegas in less than 2 weeks, plan on drinking lots of green beer and watching the oilers against the Knights. Also want to make my way to Freemont street as I’ve never been. And our friends bought myself and the lady a limo / helicopter ride package.

What would be some of the highly recommended places to go to while on Freemont?
