Ok well I called BW and they wanted 116 a night. Ramada wanted 80.00 a night. Is there a big difference in hotels?

I have never stayed at bw but i stayed at the ramada last year and I thought it was pretty good for the price. Staff were friendly to us.

try the premier mountain lodge. We have been staying there for the last couple years. you can get big rooms with 2-5 beds, kitchenettes for a cheap price.

Iv'e said it before... And Ill say it again. The PALACE "aka valemount hotel" is an all inclusive 5 star snowfront resort hotel in Playa del Valemount. Offers to its guests a shower and a beautiful solarium on the roof of the hotel. Optional activities include daily liquor store trips down the stairs, optional billiards tables and professional bartenders downstaris to provide an excellent atmosphere for relaxation inside the peaceful and beauty of theValemount hotel. Highly reccomended for honeymooners! With a wonderful shoppe` located nearby for all of ones sledding parts needs "vinnies place" and a high quality cafe/resterante` (chinese food) downstairs and even a spot for one to go to cure what ails you in the morning! (blue powerade machine set at sub freezing temperatures). One does never have to worry about sleeping in, as this wonderful establishment is located about 3.2 meters from canada's busiest railway and becuase there is a crossing located in front....Due to saftey concerns they have of the guest / clients they make sure to always make you away of thier precense by unleashing a fury of 165 decibal's of pure beast train horn.... So one mustn't have to worry about missing any of the great activites/views/wonderful food the town of valemount has to offer!

My buddies and I always stayed at summit river lodge. We always rented the seperate cabin(trailer) which you can be as loud/ as quiet as you want. sleeps 6 people easy, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bbq outside, and a short walk to the main lodge for use of the outdoor hot tub.
