The alpine has received roughly 15-30cms of snow, area and aspect dependent. There is some great riding out there if you find those secret stashed which are mostly found in the alpine lee terrain. We have some very recent media up on our instagram and facebook pages if you would like to see the goods for yourself.

If you are looking for some great family entertainment on Saturday night check out the downtown core where Tourism Valemount is hosting a #winterfest celebration. WINTERFEST

On Sunday afternoon, the Best Western Plus Valemount Inn & Suites and Martin Motor Sports are hosting a BBQ in the Allan Creek staging area starting at 3pm. No matter what area you ride that day, stop by the #allancreek staging area around 3pm for some food and good times.

And who doesn't like a little contest? If you are out and about in #ridevalemount this weekend, use the #valemountfamilyday2024 to share your adventures and we will pick a winner on Tuesday who will win four day passes to our managed snowmobile areas. Post your best pics for a chance to win. (note, your tagged photos may be used a later date for social media purposes)

Everyone in the snow business is struggling a bit this year. Be sure to check out our sponsor section on this website and support those who support you. Toys, foodndrink, lodging, gas, parts its all there. Invest your hard earned dollars with those that invest in you.

A day on a mountain is still better than a day spent anywhere else. Ride safe all and thank you for riding #valemount

Have an awesome weekend everyone. Valemount is stoked to see you!

How far back did you go

Me? Only my third time there in my life, so not very far don’t know my way around. I normally wouldn’t venture far from blue River but they for some reason decided they would rather have rough trails in. Will be back there tomorrow!

Brad, I’m suprised considering you grew up in blue river, you didn’t venture over to Allan, Well enjoy tomorrow.

First year I have put any effort into back country riding in many years and figured it was time to find some new areas. Also I didn’t drive back In the day so pretty hard to get away from blue when I was just riding the areas I could ride right from the house.
