Valemount, Blue River & The Coulies: Best options?

Hello everyone. I've been lurking for quite some time and now have some questions.

A small group of us (5 max) is heading to Valemount on Jan 30 - Feb 1. We are staying at the Whisper Creek Cabins.

Half of us are very experienced back country skiers but with relatively low sledding experience. All new(ish) machines and all the proper gear.

What is our best bet? We've all been suffering at home (Edmonton and Calgary) with next to no snow anywhere, so we don't need 3ft of fresh to be blown away.

Any guidance you guys can give is greatly appreciated!

Any of the valemount mapped riding areas are good as long as there is some snow looking like the forecast is working in your favor I personally prefer blue river area and is usually worth the drive due to the amount of snowfall they get I recommend getting a guide the first day and then go from there I am Sure he will give u some insight on where to go next
