What’s everyone thought on the used sled parts price? Messaged a guy that’s parting out a ‘17 G4 to see how much he wanted for front KYB’s. Seem like he wants about double what I’d be willing to pay (and he thinks they’re 1500/pair new lol. 929/pair from doo new).

If anyone’s looking to sell some front KYB’s let me know what you what for them.

I just figure that 600 for the pair was a bit much. 6 yrs old. 1600km (if that’s accurate). Am I way off base?

Maybe we’re not with the times. I remember that too. But I’m still not ready to run out and drop 25k on a new turbo sled. Any one want to sell me there 23 turbo with
4000 km for $16 000?

I also remember buying new 3” tracks for 1100 dollars in 2008

Used parts is always .50 on the dollar of the price of new takeoff or well used it’s always .50 on the dollar that’s the golden rule.

I parted out my old pro rmk mod sled. It was beat. Cheap prices but 90 % of it was gone in a week. I got 4g cash and kept a turbo kit $1000-1500, timber sled rear skid $750-1000, camo x3 $750-1000, all the electrical for buddy’s sled and a set of avid drivers and a steel drive shaft. I might have $500 left.
When there’s so many part outs of a certain sled that determines the price unless you want to sit on it for years.

Nope.. they are too short. Tried it on mine. Sold them.
Kk. Thanks for confirming.
$650-750 for used 6 year old KYB’s seem a bit steep.
932 new or 900 for coated KYB’s with a progressive spring seem like a better deal.

Parted out a few sleds, 50 percent of new on most, the hotter items are marked up a bit and the non selling items are marked down a bit, sometimes if you buy something and need something I can’t sell it’s cheap, sometimes it just free. A lot of stuff piles up when you do this, just took a half ton box half full of stuff to the dump after I let a couple guys pick threw it. 50 % is the rule with most guys , some guys are nuts as mentioned above, if it’s XM stuff , hit me up! Nice sales pitch eh!😎
