I'm gonna go used when I buy mine....

#1 a guy can bleach & properly clean it prior to install, the tub itself is fairly easy to guage condition... pumps, lines and filters not so much so keep an eye out for a really good deal and then if you have to change out a pump your still ahead of the game..

Lots of people feel the need to have the latest and greatest, buy a tub for $9K use it for 2-3 years and then feel the need to upgrade, someone might as well take advantage of thier loss....

Have the seller pull out the filter and replace it as part of the deal. You probably don't want to see it.

A 1% bleach solution will kill almost anything so recirc for a little while and good to go.

You can find great deals on used tubs.

A little cleaning and servicing and you've got a great spa.

Check for leaks around all fittings. If you can, see it filled and working.

I bought a used one last year. Saved $2500
