Riding a 2014 Arctic Cat M8000 Sno Pro. I am doing the 36" front end upgrade and replacing the running boards. I have another grand in the budget for upgrades so what would you do next? I need to send the shocks away to get the spacer put in them so I could get the evol upgrade done at the same time. Or what else would you spend the money on.

Skis are a must, i run the SLP powder pros but there are a lot to choose from depending on rider preference.

If i had $1000 bucks i would look at a 3" track.

Tough to tell you if we don't know what all you've done.
If clutching hasn't been done, that almost shoulda been the start.

Put the grand in your pocket. Ride what ya have.

Will need a little more than a grand, but I would save up for skinz panels.

Yeh I guess I should have mentioned what has already been done.

Thing Cooker can.
Powder Pro skis.

I just moved to a 162 from 153. Don't think I could do a 3" for that budget unless I found a screaming deal on a track and drivers.

I thought of selling and buying a 2016, but with the AB economy', pre 2016 AC are going stupid cheap. I could do pretty much all of the 2016 updates for less than the difference.

Your best upgrade is a ski doo summit 850- forget about the arctic crap...

Send the shocks to Andy at Gas Shock Repair. Surprisingly cheap and excellent work. Evol is only worth it if you ride hard enough. Take the rest of and spend it on a Jaws pipe. You won't be disappointed.

Jaws single pipe kits work really well, mountain fit hood to drop some weight or a belt drive of your choice to drop weight

Think I am going to do some clutching as I don't like how it works now.

Thinking of this kit . Anyone have experience with it?

Then update the shocks to evol and have them custom valved and call it good.

I did a Jaws big shark single pipe setup last year, made me decide to keep it one more year.. I'd say do a Jaws single pipe set and some venting.., solid bang for your buck there!

It was awesome, had some great days up on the ice caps, and a few full on sun and powder days as well as getting to a few new zones. Hoping for an even better year this winter. Contact me if you are out.
