Sounds like the new BRP one has pretty much everything you might need but its pricey.

No room for stuff like zip ties, electrical tape, so you end up carrying and additional pack anyways.
What is there for fuses on the doo's now adays?

I never really looked that close. Have never blown a fuse but carry an assortment pack since they became so electronic. Pack never been opened yet

I love the roll up powermadd one from royal distributing or Amazon - I can fit enough tools zip ties and haywire and gorilla tape to get the dirty

I have extra bearings in my pack as well, zip ties, and am adding some Gear Tie s, these saved me on my last sled with my fuel line popped off. on my 17 G4.

There was a recall for that problem. Heard of a couple burning up.

Mine came apart and my sled started on fire. but we put it out and put back together and made it back. Some big warranty work for skidoo there. A guy on the hill gave us these and they work excellent, bout a few for the emergency bag.

JB weld marine. I broke a throttle cable a few years back and my buddy had some. We frayed the cable and put it back through the throttle and packed the JB weld in there. Let it sit for a beer stop and was able to ride the rest of the day like nothing was wrong.

Canadian tire has these thin profile double ended wrench's, might throw a few in, in addition to the crescent wrenches. View attachment 245679

Gotta clean up the pouch b4 the season- put some black 1" gorilla tape in there - the moose racing spark plug holders are good - haywire is crucial if u have an xm - had to jam it into a few plug wires to get me outta the back forty - the mastercrap screwdriver is a good 1 too

If you have a behemoth of a sled - this is also a very good toolbox
One thing I do is figure out what tools i might actually need.
No point carrying a 9mm if there is no 9mm on the sled!
On Ski Doo only a few tools are needed.
Figure out which ones you may need and leave the rest at home.
Or have a buddy that brings a full 400pc tool kit and borrow thier stuff lol
