Hope this gets the attention of everyone and puts enough pressure on the crack head that he is fired or quits his job. There is no place for people like this in bc or any other province.

This is a restoration of a previously Government built building. If anyone should be fined it should be the government for abandoning the building and not following their own remediation policies.
