1. So I've been reflecting the past year and so much has happened. I got injured at work and was on modified duties for 5 months with going to physio for 3 months and wasn't getting better and after having an MRI we found out that I needed to have surgery to fix my injury at the end of November. With being at home we found that my moods improved I was much happier not being at work. With 3 more months of physio and 1 month of rehab I was getting better and stronger to find out t...hat I still won't be 100% and have to take it easy with my sports
   
   , I may never get to my 100% but now being back at work for a month I can feel some pain but also some more strength coming back and being able to walk up stairs and to start dancing again is bring up my spirits! That's not all that has changed in our life Tyler asked that question I've been waiting for years to hear and of course I said yes but wait even more exciting news with all that has been going on in our life we've grown so much closer as a couple and friends. We got some unexpected news that both shocked us and we are so excited and very scared but this journey will bring us closer!!
