Poor medler - did have a few teas - and lot of sun - equates in the silly blabber and the lobster look he's got going on tonight!

I was smart and applied sunscreen 3 times on the golf course but didn't feel to good by the end of the round. Head is just starting to feel better but also took 4 advil and about 10 glasses of water to help out.
