Well Im getting my sled ready for winter, have a few things to do. The RB3 box has been removed and all the associated wiring. I took the rivets that were hitting the track and turned them around. I took the chain cover off and inspected to find I was lucky last ride that my chain did not come apart, it was starting to break. I took the electric oil pump out and have installed an MC Xpress oil pump off the PTO side of the crank. And ran the new hose to the reservoir on the bottom of the turbo. Neil Mcclaren has installed 3 injector housings on my intercooler and is preparing to install. I have installed a new exhaust as well. I replaced my simmons ski's with the new stock ones.
I have to finish with the suspension now, I took the big shock off in the center and will probably put an air one on. As well as the jack, I wont really need that.

Neils system uses a different box and Injectors in the intercooler. Both the stock injectors. No more Rapid Bike box

Put a set of those skis on my sled this past spring, they steer pretty light compared to the Simmons. I think they will be popular, have a few sets :)

Looks good wondering what brand exhaust you installed and would it work on
a non turbo Nytro.

It pretty much looks the same. Was rounding up parts for a fuel rail.

I have a few things on the go. Might post pics when they are done.

If you know Ron at all, you've had the opportunity to assist (at least once) tearing it apart to do something. Most of it is relate to the "power" that thing has and the wear and tear it puts on tings - no real break downs.

Looking forward to riding it with the new skis this year.

Looking good, where did your buy the individual MCXpress oil pump from? And how long to install it on your crank? Im planning on doing the same thing and use NMs fuel system.

I got the MCX oil pump from Darren at E&S in Fort Sask. It took about 45 minutes to install with the hose to the turbo. The pump is Pricey.

Any updates Ron?
I'll post updates on Monday evening. Going out to Neils on this Sunday to work on all day. Have a few things to do.

- Change the front bushings
- Re-Install the oil tank with longer hoses
- Bolt on the front ski's
- Neils finishing his turbo controller and the fuel system
- Install Teth-Air
- Fill with Oil, Engine and Chain case
- Change remainder of seals and bearings
- Run it for a bit
- Put most of the suspension back together

Installed the Teth Air on the battery side. Found both bottom A-Arms are broken just on the out side of the weld. One is almost broken right through. So looks like I have to replace those too. Still have lots of wiring to go through. The control box is mounted on the risers.
