After you polish the tunnel, get a product called " Shark hide". I called the fellow down the states that makes the stuff to get the low down on it and it is totally simple to apply. Pour some on a cotton diaper, wipe it on and you are done. ( Don`t use anything other than a cotton cloth...... NO MICRO FIBERS), On a sled it should last a good 4-5 years, with no up keep. There is a House-boat builder around Sicamous that sells it, that`s where I bought mine. Also other dealers around , but are hard to find. Type in Shark hide on your computer and there should be info. and videos there.
