Had a great day today. We saw Quantum Falls/Goat Ridge, then did the loop to the Quality Lake trail. Cleared trails on the way so everyone can enjoy em.
Nice thing about TR Is that they have a very active ATV club.
Today we saw 1 elk, 2 bears, 5 mountain goat including a baby and one ruffed grouse. Pretty damn good day today!

We went out yesterday on the Wong Way trail. Was a great trail, but not much to see.
Still too much snow in the hills, so hopefully next couple weeks we can venture out further.

Our trip yesterday was a trip to Hole in the Wall. It’s a pretty cool sight to see.
We put on 130 km and apparently rode passed the start of a wildfire that was started by lightning the night before. With the lay of the land and wind, we didn’t see a thing.

It’s a lot of water that’s flowing out of the rock and pours into the Sukunka River. It’s a really cool place. The picture after the sign shows how much water is flowing out of the rock. Behind the Mrs. you can see the main road

Yesterday we rode to what they call “The Tunnels”. These tunnels were built to rail the coal out of Tumbler Ridge.
Here is a pretty great video on the construction.

Dropped pin

Total km where we parked, 180 km return. It took us 9 hours with very little stopping. It’s an all day ride.
On a side note, very dry out there. Can see why they have campfire bans going on.
