Tumbler Ridge Conditions 2014/2015

How are the conditions in tumbler so far? My husband wants to take a sledding trip at the end of the month and had rooms booked for Valemount but the weather everywhere is crazy!

They were great (stress were) last week after the big dump but the warm weather and rain has quickly turned everything to crap.
Need a huge dump now to get the season going again.

Hi does anyone know how Red deer falls by Tumbler Ridge is for sledding going there tomorrow. Were at Hasler today not good all hard no powder.

watch where you tread around tr , there was a fatal on sunday south west of core lodge . we used to call it the heli bowl , kind of nw of back meadows. on fellow roughed up pretty bad and one didnt make the trip home .

Hey guys,
Our riding group is considering trying the Tumbler ridge area out for the first time next weekend. Just wondering if anyone can give me some up to date info. on the conditions and good places to ride. Is it even worth the trip? we were in McBride last weekend and were able to find the occasional area with decent snow, but mostly heavily tracked with many open creeks....... Its been a dissapointing riding season to say the least>>>> Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Conditions are AWESOME!
If you like riding concrete like snow with the occasional patch of early spring corn snow. She's not rotten yet!
Oh! And the water skipping runs are getting longer by the day! Woohoo!

Buddy(Leroy) sent me same pic. Said it was core lodge from a few days ago. They went in today. And ya sounds like 4' ish feet in about 15 k. No base= a busted up doo but I still like the odds.
