TSS Turbo 2014 XM

Anyone have any knowledge of TSS turbos.

Found a three hose connection above oil reservoir. 2 connections were un hooked and the other looks to be cut off.... looks like air/turbo pressure. If I knew how to post a photo from an Iphone i would.

Depending on the age of the kit it could be the boost line that goes to the XIC and tees off to go to a boost gauge back when they used to strap the XIC to the handle bars.

Otherwise both fuel pressure and return tee off above the reservoir.

there is very limited places that boost reference goes to. usually comes from throttle bodies, and goes to control box, boost gauge, blow off valve, and watse gate actuator

Boost reference line off the throttle bodies to the wastegate sounds like turbo surge waiting to happen.

you should have a boost reference line that comes off the compressor cover to the wastegate.

That's a mac valve for boost control. Should have connections to the compressor housing, wg actuator, and intake.

I can’t find a third hose line anywhere. Any chance anyone with a TSS side mount turbo can look at their setup to see if and where a 3rd hose goes?

Is there a nipple on the airbox/intake manifold?

One hose goes to actuator the other hose goes to boost and maybe that other hose just goes to athmosphere.

There is a hose from throttle bodies to XIC box.

a 3 port mac valve for boost control wants to see vacuum so it likely came off the intake between the throttle bodies and the reeds.
