Looking for some accurate measurements to install a tunnel dump can. Bought used and didn’t get the jig to cut the hole. Please and thank you

Your better off trying to fit the can and using a marker to trace the end of the pipe against the tunnel, I used the template and it did not line up at all. I think either way you're not going to get a perfect fit

Ok sounds good. I read about guys making”adjustments” for fitment but can’t find any detail. Just thought someone might be able to share their knowledge about what they did before I attempt it

Well try and fit it so you get as much of the pipe as you can to the outside. I think I had to bend a spring anchor or two to get the end of the pipe to stay put, I can't quite recall as I installed mine back in 2015. This way the exhaust makes it outside your engine compartment and doesn't coat everything under your hood with an oily black film

Coming from someone who had one for years on my XM. You are better off to not put it on, it'll rob you horse power and only cause you problems down the road. Not to mention it is the most annoying sounding can to almost everyone around you.

I heard one once. Thought it sounded pretty cool.
