Trump is out of touch with reality, fentanyl is a manufactured drug, 90% of it consumed in the USA is now manufactured in the USA, why would drug dealers try to smuggle it in unless it was cheaper? As for the borders, for every one person heading South there will be a 100 fleeing North trying to avoid his deportation orders. Canada should be the one building a wall.
what's your citation for 90% of it manufactured in the US?

he said 90% is consumed. I don't know if that's accurate because I thought that 90% was consumed in the bushes behind my house in the city.

But who knows for sure. Stats are crap most the time...

read it again. he said 90% consumed in the US is made in the US so that essentially means 90% of fetty in the US is made here.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, border patrol officers had 23,721 “encounters” with people along the Canadian border last year – this refers to the number of times they stopped people trying to cross the border without going through an official crossing.

That number was a sharp increase from 10,021 the year before and 2,238 the year before that. But it is small over all: By comparison, border patrol had 1,530,523 such encounters at the Mexican border last year, meaning the total number of unauthorized crossings of the U.S. border from Canada was less than 2 per cent of the number coming from Mexico.

Similarly, U.S. customs agents seized 43 pounds of fentanyl at the Canadian border last year. This represented less than 0.2 per cent of the total 21,900 pounds intercepted across the U.S. More than 96 per cent of that total, 21,100 pounds, was seized at the Mexican border.

Canada has already taken some action to stop migrants attempting to use the country to enter the U.S. Earlier this year, after CBP data showed about half of border guards’ encounters along the Canadian border were with Mexican nationals, Canada imposed a visa requirement on Mexicans entering the country.

the number floating around the web, from what i have seen was $224 per day, which amounts to $82,00o/yr. 8600 per month is even more! 103,200 /yr, pure insanity! natives should be up in arms???

like what? Lock Clinton up? Drain the swamp? lmao

I go to the states twice a year and have for quite awhile, the most prosperous I ever seen the states was the 4 years he was in power. Lots of mills and manufacturing plants were shutdown and after he got into power a lot of them were all the sudden running and parking lots full of employees. He’s definitely good for his country, it will remain to be seen how this effects us this time with our pathetic Swifty at the helm
